4 week body and lifestyle transformation like no other! Hosted by expert Personal Trainer & Vegan Dietitian. Achieve your health and body goals through nutrition, exercise in a positive, fun and ethical way. This challenge is suited to people of all fitness levels and dietary habits.
We provide personal guidance and support, information and education all in a fun group environment. Group fitness with 2 trainers to suit all levels PLUS professional nutritional and diet advice.
