Ahhh zucchini noodles - create delicious vegan pasta sauces and serve with zucchini noodles. Use these ideas (i use a veggie peeler as shown in idea number one of the video)to get thin strips of zucchini pasta. Delicious with tomato based or cashew cheese based creamy sauces.
Tip: I choose small or medium zucchinis - this gets the best texture and avoids the part that can be full of seeds. Dubious about how zucchini could replace pasta? ... try it - the magic is in the sauces.
